$2 per isopod
No set pack size. A new colony usually does better with several animals than with one.

Habitat
Gem Mix is a mix, not one species. A single humidity number will not suit every animal in the cup. A gradient, several hides, and leaf cover let different isopods pick a side. If one kind is failing, separate it instead of soaking the whole bin.
Diet
Leaves, wood, and calcium cover the shared diet. Protein portions stay small so faster animals do not leave a moldy pile for the rest.
Breeding
A mix can produce more than one kind of offspring, and some lines will outpace others. This is not a pure breeding project.
A good fit
A variety cup for someone who wants several looks and will sort later. A poor choice if you need one species for a specific animal's enclosure.
